Urology Explained in Terms You Can Understand
I offer same day, virtual, tele-video appointments for urgent urological conditions.
My mission is to provide you with compassionate care that you can understand. I like to provide care using simple language without fancy words that no one understands. I don't just want to tell you what to do. I think it is important that we work together as a team. We can work together in English or Spanish.
My goal is to improve and maintain your overall health. I want to empower you with an understanding of your condition and share with you a wellness plan. Lets get started today on a path to your life long well being.
I am a Board Certified general urologist who treats a wide array of urological conditions.
Bachelors of Arts: Spanish and Biology: Claremont McKenna College.
Medical Doctor: David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
Residency in Urology: Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles.
"I have been under Dr. Londoño's care for many years and I would not hesitate to recomend her to anyone looking for a urology expert with great bedside manner, passion for her work, and compassion for her patients. I regularly fly from Miami to L.A for my appointments with Dr. Londoño - being under her expert care is worth the trip."

"I was impressed by her quick grasp of my problems and clear explanations. Dr. Londoño did not waste a moment to get to the possible cause of the matter and immediately demonstrated remedial action with my full participation. I am very grateful to have been referred to this nice doctor."

" I was referred to Dr. Londono for a large kidney stone too big to pass. She was excellent! She's caring, kind, very smart, and was patient in answering all my questions. She did not tell me what I HAD to do, but explained exactly what I had, the pros and cons of different choices, and her medical opinion. I appreciated this approach, and it eased my anxiety a great deal. She does not have a superior attitude, but one of caring and treating patients as a member of their own health team. Dr. Londono has an amazing support in Gabby. She is so kind and reassuring, and explains everything so well. I am now in followup and doing very well. I feel great. Thank you, Dr. Londono. You are appreciated!

"Dr. Londono and her staff are amazing! Since day one she took care of me as if I were her only patient. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything to her patients. I was extremely apprehensive but she made me feel at ease and I really appreciate this. The follow up care is amazing as well. I have been with my primary for a many years and have never felt taken care of as well as Dr. Londono and her staff made me feel. Thank you!"

"My name is Sgt. Valentino Yanez & I want to let others know that Dr. Diana Londono, in my mind, is the best Urologist ever. She knows exactly what she's doing. Since my surgery, I have had no complications what's so ever thus so far. Dr. Diana Londono has to be the best in her field. I will recommend her to anyone who needs the same type of surgery as myself."
- Sgt. Valentino Yanez, April 27, 2021.
"Dr. Londono -- along with the orthopedic surgeon who performed my two hip replacement surgeries -- is at the top of my list of past physicians ever, frankly, in my 72 years. I was a patient of three urologists before her -- two retired, one still practicing -- but she clearly is head and shoulders above the others. Not only is she caring and concerned, has a sense of humor and keeps careful records -- she presents her findings in an easy to understand manner and even presents options in her suggested protocols. In my case, over the last few years looking at rising PSA numbers, I have been through it all -- CT scans, MRI's, two biopsies, etc. Now that we have pretty much ruled out the bad outcomes, we are working to reduce the size of the prostate and to increase urine flow -- all to determine if at the end of six months we can establish that the only reason for the high PSA numbers was that I had an enlarged prostate. She continues to chip away at the clinical as a true advocate. "

"Desde el primer día que conocimos a la Doctora Londoño, nos encanto su forma de explicar todo, y en Español , que nesecitabamos entender bien la situacion de la enfermedad, nunca habiamos tenido la suerte de encontrar una Dr. que si se ve se preocupa por sus pacientes, pues nos llama cada vez que hay un resultado de exámen importante. En la cirugía al salir luego nos habló y explicó muy bien. Que Dios la bendiga y la ilumine para seguir adelante ayudando a tantos pacientes."

"Today I wondered why I was receiving a bill from my Dr. It started, "It is with mixed emotions...." Finding a great Dr is difficult. Finding one like Dr Londono who listens first BEFORE putting her pen to script pad, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and comfortable to ask questions, treats you as her own family, puts you at ease, (I felt most comfortable) is rare. Almost impossible. Lucky Cal. She will be greatly missed by many people(not just clients) in so. Fla. Wished it had been a bill..."

This video highlights why I went into medicine, and the work I do to help physician wellness.
Physician burnout is real and it affects patients, physicians, their families and each of us as we are all patients.
We are #StrongerTogether when we have mental, emotional, physicial and spiritual health.
Grateful to the Los Angeles County Medical Association for this honor.
